Camp Adair 2018

We are learning how to have fun at camp adair.
I found it fun to go down the mud slide.
Next time I would like to go back to camp Adari.

Nga Ta Moko

We are learning how to design our Ta Moko.
  I found it tricky to do the design on our Mask.
                                                       Next time I would like to do different design.

cross country

“On your mark get set GO!” called Miss Castle.

I ran as fast as a cheetah passing my friends on the way.
I passed Mrs Hiku and I saw something up the end of the road.
It started chasing me. It had 4 big claws and black fur.
It was so, so big it look like the biggest animal I have ever seen.
I started to run around the corner and it was still chasing me.
But when it saw the berries it stopped and look at the the berries.

We started to run our second lap of the street and heard the
teacher saying “Go Go!” I was

tired but I was still running. I was proud of myself.
I went up the hill it felt like I was climbing

Mount Everest. I started to run around the field and down the back paddock
. People were cheering and saying “Go Go Go! You can do it.” I left my friend behind.
I stopped to walk the back paddock. It was a long distance run, my favourite.

I saw the rest of the year 5 girls behind me, “Oh no, they are catching up.” I said.
I went through the posts and went over the obstacles and then on to the finish line.
I was so so happy.

When I heard the result I was really proud of myself. First, my best race ever!

Turning new into old

We are learning how to do screen Castify for reading.
I found it tricky because I done some mistake.
Next time I would like to do reading without mistake.

Maths strategy
